"This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great."

"Not a good experience. The room floor was dirty and clearly not vacuumed. No toothpaste or bathroom slippers were provided, and the restaurant was closed, so I had to go out for food every time. Expected much better."

"Location is very good at the centre. Room is huge. The only problem is the room is too hot. I read the previous that they could not do anything with the temp control and you can only open the window. Since my room is facing the main street, when the window is open it will be very noisy. The room wall is very thin. If your neighbour's room is someone who is talking loudly, you definitely can hear all the conversation. Room end with 02 will be facing the main street. The check in is located on the 1st floor."

"It’s a newly built building with lovely staff, so clean, nice breakfast without laundry room.. I went there with my friend and we had a lovely staying.. van is a small city so you can walk anywhere you want.. the Bianca hotel is near to Jomhuriet street and it’s about 5 minutes walking.. the neighborhood is so cozy and you can also have a grea shopping there."
